Terms of Service
Meinhart’s Tree Service, LLP
Effective: August 20, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Meinhart’s Tree Service website, online estimate-request tools, and related customer-intake communications. By using these services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its online intake features.
Website Information
The website provides general information about our company, tree-care services, service areas, and completed work. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and is not a tree-risk assessment, professional diagnosis, estimate, guarantee, or promise that a particular service is appropriate for a property.
Tree conditions and work requirements must be evaluated for the specific property. Photographs and project examples illustrate prior work and do not guarantee identical methods or results for another property.
Estimate and Service Requests
Submitting a request through our website, Jobber, telephone system, email, text message, or another intake channel does not create a service contract, reserve an appointment, or guarantee availability. A request becomes scheduled work only after Meinhart’s Tree Service confirms the scope and timing and the parties accept any applicable quote, authorization, or service agreement.
Any written quote, work authorization, or service agreement issued for a particular job may contain additional terms. If those job-specific documents conflict with these website Terms, the job-specific documents control for that work.
Jobber and AI-Assisted Intake
We use Jobber and may use automated or artificial-intelligence-assisted tools, including an AI receptionist, to receive inquiries, gather preliminary job details, answer common questions, and help route or schedule follow-up. An automated response is not a final estimate, professional tree assessment, emergency dispatch confirmation, or binding commitment from Meinhart’s Tree Service.
Information provided through these tools may be processed by Jobber or other service providers that support our communications and customer management. Calls or messages may be transcribed or recorded when disclosed and permitted by applicable law. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how customer information is handled.
Accurate Information and Property Authority
You agree to provide accurate contact, property, access, and service-request information. You should request work only for property you own or for which you are authorized to obtain an estimate or approve service. Please tell us about known hazards, access restrictions, utilities, structures, property-line concerns, pets, or other conditions that may affect an evaluation or the requested work.
Emergency Inquiries
Website forms, email, text messages, voicemail, and automated intake tools are not substitutes for emergency services and may not be monitored continuously. If a situation presents an immediate threat to life, fire, public safety, or contact with electrical lines, call 911 or the appropriate utility or public authority. An emergency tree-service request is not accepted until we directly confirm it.
Communications
When you provide contact information, we may respond about your inquiry, estimate, scheduling, requested services, or existing customer relationship. Message and data rates may apply. Text-message consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. A request for service does not authorize unrelated third-party marketing.
Acceptable Website Use
You may not:
- Use the website or intake systems for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or data
- Interfere with website operation, security, or availability
- Submit malicious code, automated spam, or intentionally false requests
- Copy or commercially exploit website content except as allowed by law or written permission
Intellectual Property
The website’s original text, design, graphics, photographs, logo, and other content are owned by or licensed to Meinhart’s Tree Service and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. No other use is authorized without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may link to or use third-party services such as Jobber, Google, maps, review platforms, analytics providers, or social networks. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, or content of a third-party service that we do not control.
Website Availability and Disclaimers
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item is current, complete, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the website and online intake features are provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation Relating to Website Use
To the extent permitted by law, Meinhart’s Tree Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website or automated intake tools. This section does not govern liability for tree-care work performed under a separate quote, authorization, or service agreement and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, intake tools, business practices, or applicable requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to later website and intake activity.
Governing Law and Severability
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
