Driveway Tree Trimming in Blackwood, NJ

Trees from the neighboring property had grown over the customer's property line and driveway. We selectively trimmed the encroaching branches to restore clearance and make the driveway easier to use while retaining a natural canopy. NJ property-line note: New Jersey courts generally recognize a property owner's right to trim encroaching branches back to the property line, but not beyond it. Utility lines, street trees, and disputed boundaries can involve additional restrictions.
